Pregnancy Resource Center Tax Credit Program

Step 1

Make a qualifying donation to the Pregnancy Resource Center of Mountain Grove.

Step 2

Receive a Tax Credit application from our office. These are mailed a few different times throughout the year. Year-End Applications will be mailed in December for any remaining donations, but feel free to contact us if you have questions about when you will receive your application.

Step 3

Complete any highlighted information and attach any requested paperwork to your application.

Return signed, completed application to our office in the enclosed envelope. (We must verify these forms, sign and then attach your donation information before we submit to the State.)

Step 4

Wait for your Tax Credit verification letter which will come to you directly from Jefferson City.

At tax time, submit to your tax preparer to claim your credit.
