Education For A Better Future

 

Be Real is a sexual health education program that bridges the gap between age-appropriate sensitivity and the need for real-world knowledge. It is education that promotes the sharing of valuable information regarding teenagers and sexual activity, which equips teens to make the best possible choices in this crucial area.

 

Be Real is an abstinence-based "sexual risk avoidance" education program that meets all of the marks. We meet (and exceed) the Missouri State requirements for “course materials and instruction relating to human sexuality and sexually transmitted diseases” per Chapter 170, Section 170.015 of the Missouri Revised Statutes.  

 

All course materials and lesson plans are age appropriate, medically and factually accurate, and promote abstinence from sexual activity as ‘the preferred choice of behavior in relation to all sexual activity for unmarried pupils because it is the only method that is one hundred percent effective in preventing pregnancy, sexually transmitted disease, and the emotional trauma associated with adolescent sexual activity.’"

 

We currently present this program in several schools in and around our local community.
